Hi there. I’m Tom Jelneck and I’m so glad you’re here. A few years back a business associate, while at a meeting at a national chain coffee shop called me a purist. He was referring to my marketing mentality and tactics, but that comment did something to me. It woke me up. As he went on and on, my attention made its way over to the line. Triple soy, 2 pumps, pumpkin spice, mocha latte, etc., etc., etc.. There was NOTHING pure about that coffee. As I sipped on my black charred coffee it occurred to me, he was right, I am a purist. I’m a coffee snob. I like things my way. I like things done well and not littered up with artificial flavors.

Pure Grind isn’t for everyone. It’s not meant to be watered down, it’s not meant to be all sugared up, it’s meant to be enjoyed in its most pure format. Each small batch is roasted under the perfect conditions, not too dark, not too light, and packed with flavor.
